The party tries to get back on the ship to rest for the evening, but the thugs Anne hired to protect the boat wouldn't let them on without her
The masked man appears - he had been foll0wing them all day. He offers them lodging in his abode
Once inside, he reveals his true self - a Wood Elf. One blue eye, one green, with brown hair.
He goes by Nemo - "The Masked One". Him & his sister were hired to steal a crystal, a simple job. However as they were fleeing, his sister was struck down, dead with 17 arrows in the back. The crystal cracked during the escape, and imbued Nemo with psionic powers.
It seems his mad scientist friend might be responsible for the plague of Halidan.
