The infinity sign is an ancient cosmology sign, not popular among theologians in Vallencourt. These theologians think the realm was created by the gods 100,000 years ago. However, this infinity sign represents the belief that every realm is flat, and they end. Beyond that is dead space - The Void.

Rhogar casts comprehend languages, and the Nothik beings to speak with him, and requests to stay behind, as he has no umbrage for The Guardian. Rhogar agrees, and the party descends. The Nothik stays behind, folding into the lotus position, and begins to meditate. As the party descends the staircase, glowing circles begin to spin around them, glowing with some ancient magic. T

The massive doors ahead glow a gentle blue. It has not been activated in millenia. It will respond to whoever touches it. It doesn't seem like there is any harmful about. Felix touches the door...it seems to ripple. Words emnate in a language no one understands, except Rhogar:

"Welcome to the transport hub. Empires below. Empires above. In darkness, knowledge thrives."

Inside, nothing but darkness. After a moment, a blue orb of light descends, illuminating the cavern.

BOSS FIGHT

Unstable portal. Used for some religious purposes to travel somewhere. Might not lead you to where you intend. When the power orb is taken from the sanctuary, it'll shut down.
