Entry Two and a half

by Ko Rava

I... have a respect for master Nakah's strange research and knowledge... However his practical jokes desperately need more work. I would hardly say being trapped in a strange forest full of weird creatures unbeknownst to this realm with Zyanna is quite my idea of fun! At least I'm not stuck with the short
angry one. Could've been worse... COULD'VE BEEN MUCH BETTER THOUGH. A learning curve I guess, there was a reason Master Nakah chose Zy and I for this journey and I'll be damned if I let him down. Could have chose a nicer place though.

The group was instructed to travel through a portal of Master Nakahs creation so I'm Sure the others made it safely. Poor Zy was less than enthused with our drop off location. Stumbling out of the portal, a nauseous feeling crept up to me as I proceed to throw up last nights dinner. If Zy was feeling ill at all she didn't show it in the slightest, she is truely amazing.
"I'm okay!!! No need to worry about me" I yelled behind her as she walked off.
I ran to catch up to her. We troughed through the foreign forest for days. Hunting vermin we had never seen let alone eaten. It was trial and error with plants and creatures. We made an effort to stay away from things with spikes and with more than four legs, just to be safe.

A week had passed. We stumbled across one of those Big Green creatures that attacked us at the emerald tavern. It was apprehensive at first but Zy managed to calm it down with her magic, incredible power.

Communication at best were grunts and hand movements since neither of us spoke whatever language the big green did.

However she hunted and gathered for us, would make disheartening grunts and states if we even attempted to pluck a fruit. Which I'm guessing was big green for "no" or "bad food"? Who knows. All I knew was that I was glad we weren't on her bad side. More big greens would emerge from the forest. Their power and brute strength was something I had never experienced.

The two fought back at the tavern were nothing compared to the capabilities of these creatures. We would have died if not for our big green. Her strength and willingness to turn on her own species sent shivers down my spine. Only one question drifted though my mind. Why? After much observation, I still haven't come to a conclusion about her erratic and indifferent behaviour towards us made it hard to relax, at least we had protection until we found everyone else.
Zy had quickly adapted to another creature waiting hand and foot for her.

This realm was like nothing I had ever seen. The grass was as green as the emeralds had been back at the tavern. The plants, varied in species. Some neon colours others were almost translucent in the suns glow. The creatures were equally if not more fascinating. Small creatures you could never catch, using their surroundings and layout of the land to their advantages. What was truely interesting was their behaviour, taunting us, almost childish as if playing a game of 'Kiman' (a game of tag young leishu would play).
They varied in size and colour, no bigger than 2 foot.

The temperature was never too hot not too cold, the sun never burnt and the water was never icy. It was always perfect.
We had come across some humanoid creatures. Almost elf-like. Although not nearly as pretentious... *Cough *Cough Zy...
They were peaceful, delicate and much like the fury creatures, varied in vibrant colours. They tended to the land, helped us gather without speaking. Although they were taken aback and sceptical about our big green.

What was truely wondrous about this place, were the nights, the plants glowed as did the fury creatures and critters on the trees and plants. The elf like creatures had different glowing patterns, almost like fingerprints to humans.

Before we knew it weeks had passed, Zy and I had been light headed and our senses had been dimmed, vision blurry and thoughts scattered. We almost have up hope of finding the others, than as if almost comocal, we saw a glowing green portal.
Here we fucking go.
