Meetings and Mayhem
A letter arrived to me, one from the Prince and I can only assume the other Misfits received them too.
Naoto wanted to come with me, however with Taro only starting to walk again, he needed to stay behind for assistance. Alas I went alone, a Tanuki man gifted me a flower, a kind gesture but weird. I didn't understand his motive so I just accepted it and continued on until I found other misfits close to the entrance.
Zy and I decided to suss out the other parties and do a bit of recon.
I figured since royalty of Diomeda is alive, that bonuses offered by the King may be still be there once we save the kingdom..
That was until Zy and I saw Zeno making out with someone else, things got a whole lot more awkward...
Then Lucid strolled up to us saying that Arthom was poisoned and we needed to help, only to find him absolutely fine. Slight relief, only slight!
At least it got me out of that awkward interaction between Zeno and Zy.
Things got a whole lot more complicated after we went down stairs, I made connections with the Prince and his sister. Questions asked which had been eating me alive since I discovered what had happened at Diomeda, I got answers.
I wanted to ensure that there was no way this army of theirs would be infiltrated by the cultists. Immediately proven wrong since the Zeno we saw kissing another, was actually a shapeshifter.
I have my doubts, but as long as I can get rid of the corruption caused by other cults. I don't care what else happens.
