T&T Episode: Port Fun

Together with Lotte Van Whalen - Cleric (From an order who protects against sea creatures)
Travelling South West out of the Emerald Trading Co's area of operations to a port city called Pahinga (Mangrove City)
 
During the voyage:

  • Yama and Capt. Pauly's DNM about the future of the team and Pauly's priorities.

  • Sorn being moody in his room.

  • Kaoru keeping himself busy on the ship, suppressing the thoughts of his old friend.

  • Lotte found out that we are a pirate crew

  • Sorn asked Dream about a way into the fae (unsuccessful)


    • Learnt about Kaoru during the voyage:
  • Old team mate 'Gulah', assumed dead, only 3 members of the team survived

  • Prior to transformation

  • Suicide squad-like team / soldiers, military / misfits

  • Kaoru's transformation was and 'experiment', he thought they had stopped after him. Memory loss side-effects.

  • Gulah now goes by Aniue, which means Big Skunk in Elvish.

    • Possible leads:
  • Head to the old military base?

  • We still have a box that Galah is after - will pay big for its return.


    • Pahinga is a small port town surrounded by tiny islands.
    Capt. Pauly (only) notices a cave by the docks - smuggler route.
    Dockmaster: Monda, Capt. Pauly bribes with a pearl
  • Pauly spins the tale of the giant mimic ship the Porvenir

  • Monda mentions ' Infamous Pirate Capt. Bun Bun'

  • Flies black pirate flags with a stylised mimic chest 'The Sluggy Freelancer'

  • Passed through the town recently - possible bounty

  • Monda warns that the locals would not be helpful finding BunBun but the merchants may.


    • Sorn gleans he may be able to use locate object to find a portal into the fae wilds.
