1st Amerysday of High Autumn, Second Age 1853: Sailed to Eglasil to learn more about the artifact we discovered, but the journey was anything but smooth; a storm tossed our vessel like a leaf in the wind. Aranesi seemed oddly fascinated by the tempest, her eyes alight with the thrill of the churning sea.
2nd Seojungsday of High Autumn, Second Age 1853: Upon arrival, we sought out the famed libraries of Eglasil. However, the guards refused Aranesi entry, which soured her mood significantly. She withdrew, preferring solitude over further social engagements, leaving Aelorna and me to delve into other matters. We investigated Luthais, uncovering his dark history of murder in the city and his bold attempt to usurp control from House Lothithil. While the Moon Elves have more reason to hunt him, there is a bit of a personal grudge for the attack on our city that is now clear he had orchestrated, as well as the strange connection between a summer elf, blood magic, and the Sol Variar that I've been trying to learn more about. Because of that I reached out to the scion of house Lothithil, hoping to establish contact. I will have to wait for a reply.
3rd Judicday of High Autumn, Second Age 1853: The return voyage was blessedly calm and swift, a stark contrast to our arrival. It was a relief to let Aranesi take the lead, allowing me to enjoy the quiet of our shared existence.
3rd Respitsday of High Autumn, Second Age 1853: Back in the city, we managed various affairs, biding our time until the moon elf contingent arrived, which they did two days after Samhain. They're preparing to set out on their mission, planning to use one ship for the search while keeping another at the ready, alternating between the two as needed, and when they're ready, our ship will join theirs as Lady Aria wishes to explore the nexus of fire and air ley lines that we have created.
