When The Magic Fails, The Hammer May Fall

Well. Fuck. Me.

Got no back up plan, barely know what happened, and we are all over that site.

Okay, okay. After we bailed we all went to my place, sans Rufus. He was presumably out somewhere tearing everything else in half, I’m sure we will hear about the fall out somehow. First thing’s first. Take care of the site magically. We didn’t stick around long enough to do it in person, on account of the fuzz bearing down on us.

Fuck.

I don’t know what it was, my heart wasnt in it? The Gods weren’t gonna let us get away that easily with our sin? But I failed the Rite. After wasting a nearly an hour on the damn thing it was clear that “luck” wasn’t on my side, and I’m sure as hell not “good” at this.

Fortunately for us. It’s not what you know, it’s who you know and I got a message shortly after from Spark Tech saying that they took care of the video. Hell, we owe them one, but we aren’t out of the woods yet.

Speaking of the woods, Rufus contacted us and Barnaby ended up going out to meet up with him and bring him round to the den. He didn’t remember much, just that he tried to go Garu and then decided to try and sneak around or something. Vlad made sure to educate him and hopefully that will never happen again. Once you go for the attack, you never go back.

We all had a heated conversation about what transpired and how we keep rocking this boat and if we keep rocking, we aren’t gonna be able to stop it from making waves. These waves are gonna ripple through the supernatural community for leagues, and we are going to find out just how the last pack in the city fared against those odds.

If you’re wondering how completely banjaxed we are, this might be a good example: Rufus put a call into Jude. That’s right. Jude Green. I guess he’s hoping the boyo can pull some strings and get us out of the mortal crossfire or something. Otherwise, we might have to skip town. And I don’t want to do that yet. We haven’t even gotten to see our name up in lights yet… Jericho & Sons.
