Maly is a troubled halfling warrior who can be found drinking her cares away in the Triumphant King

The Five Fingers First met Maly in The Triumphant King ...drinking. She suffered a traumatic experience in the Llangoed Forest that she refused to talk to anyone about and it made a once proud and brave warrior into a belligerent drunkard. 
 
After journeying with the Five Fingers of Dorwine to Starleaf Vale Maly elected to remain with the Order of the Star Leaf where she has become a Hand of the Order of the Star Leaf. during that time Maly also seems to have entered into a relationship with another Hand, Amafrey Windriver.
