Hounds is a hobgoblin who, though born in Silesia has lived in Talanthia a most of his life. He was a member of The Baleman for a number of years, functioning as a tracker and scout for the organization before being recruited to join the The Free Jackals by Commander Red. He was recently slain by the The King and the Crook in an attempt to draw out one of the Senior Officers, though he was resurrected with the help of the Church of St Dunstan.
