The Baleman

The Baleman are a Talanthian criminal organization that operates in many cities and towns across the kingdom, transporting and selling illicit goods and committing robbery and other petty crimes. They represent a large portion of the blackmarket that in most of the eastern cities. 
Hounds  of The Free Jackals was once a member, and was recruited out of the Baleman by then Commander Red during an undercover operation.
