Known to be the jolliest of the Elders, his upbeat and warm smile brings life to every room he enters. Ever the optimist, he leads with the hope of helping the residents of Cardian see how things could be, and work towards it.
Since The Breaking, Altalas has worked hard to look after his village Cardian, as they all watched their main source of food reduce due to The River Vita drying up.

Altalas is most well known for initiating the creation of The Tavoran Aqueduct to improve the supply of water to the farmland. He did this early on in his term as Elder.
