She has pointed ears, giving away her Fae heritage, but this is something she covers in various ways. Baseball caps always work in a pinch.

Physical quirks

She has several daonna tattoos that represent different areas of her life and the struggles she has overcome. Her body is a canvas of scars both intentional and results of things forced on her.

Apparel & Accessories

She's a bit of a punk. She loves Viking braids and wears a necklace of a knot of the old country that reminds her of her roots. But she's always in a pair of sturdy boots, and some denim is somewhere on her person.

Specialized Equipment

Reese has trained under one of the best generals the Royal army had ever seen before he retired. She has developed ways to use her magic to make up for her shortcomings to become a brilliant archer.

She has magic, though initially, it's more subdued in our world than it would be in her own, however, she's strong and resilient and has built it up until she rivals the top Fae in the Otherworld.

Mentality

Personal history

Reese is a complicated girl. Due to a disability, she developed during an accident, she was banished from the Otherworld into ours when she was young. Because of this, she's developed a hard personality that doesn't easily trust people. Despite the hard exterior she wants to believe in the good of the world and that people are being honest with her. Jaz and her husband, Damion, have taken her in, and so she works at the Magic Brew, a safe haven for Faeries in daonna. (Our world) She relies on her magic to get around her disability, though it can get her in trouble if she's not careful. If there's one more mishap like New York, the Court will do more than just banish her.

Education

She has attended a local high school, graduated as valedictorian and with honors. Now she just works, with no interest in college. Instead, she focuses on honing her magic skills.

Employment

She's a barista at the Magic Brew.

She is a junior in high school, technically, but she homeschools to make it easier to work in the cafe and cope with her disability.

Her disability is viewed as a failure and embarrassment by her people, and by herself for a long time until she changed her view on the situation.

She's a spatial learner, has a fantastic judge of character, and has developed her other senses to a heightened point that no daonna has ever achieved.

When she gets dragged into the quest, it's because of her loyalty to the General, not necessarily because she likes Torin in the slightest.
