71. Honey I forgot the old lady Report
General Summary

- Dax' Athla searches the train and finds that the train crew has been slaughtered. There are a bunch of other people on the train, cowering in fear. She lets them know the threat has passed.
- They search Saal Dreadstroke and Dax' Athla observes that his skin is magical using Detect Magic.
- Lozaal tries to repair Sheriff, but he lacks the skills to fix the layers of enchantment that make her alive.
- Warden (as an ape) gets upset when Lozaal tries to loot Sheriff, but he convinces Warden that it's fine.
- Dax goes to speak to Belaluur and debrief. She also goes to see Jahanah and asks if there's anything she can do. Jahanah says that a contingent of templars wouldn't go amiss, given Sheriff is dead.
- Kalshana sends a Sending to Llyr Glas to wish him a happy birthday.
- Warden flexes his new power to speak to animals, and has a conversation with Kevin. Kevin's a bit of a douche, but he's charming enough.
- They discuss getting an owl for Llyr, given the uniform that Sora Esma gave them. I think they decide to put it on Nova (Warden's familiar) and get him to dance.
- They have a deep discussion about the concept of gift giving, which is alien to Lozaal. Dax theorises that they need an external sign of connection, as they lack something to bind them together like the Dream.
- About an hour out from Salvation, they realise that they forget Mauriana Teskely!
- Dax flies back on Zedd to get her. She was in the Grey Beyond tavern, absolutely sloshed.
- Dax flies them both back to the wagon.
- They discuss summoning Kosaten, but they need to identify the items they got first. They'll do it tomorrow.
- Lozaal has a think about what happened in Salvation, specifically his prayer to The Traveler. He hits a mental roadblock and decides not to think about it.
- They sell a bunch of stuff in Vathirond and make a fair bit of money. Lozaal also distributes the money he got from Belaluur and looted from Saal Dreadstroke.
- In the evening, they summon Kosaten.
- Dax trades her Burial Blade for the Arcanist's Bowstaff.
- They manage to convince Kosaten to trade a very rare item for 3 rare items, and get Lozaal the Magneton Maul.
- Ring of Jumping for Warden
- They gave the Bracers of Flying Daggers they looted from Saal to Kalshana, and she traded in her Devotee's Censer.
- Lozaal trades an uncommon magic item for the knowledge of how to make magical tattoos.
