Gregarious and talkative gnome who runs the only rookery in Topaz Falls located at the top of Falls Tower. -
Eulogio Real
A man of few words, Eulogio is the perfect guardian of the secret entrance to Godika's Army Headquarters. He does not gossip, or reveal secrets, but he listens and hears everything. He has many tattoos covering his arms and neck. -
Feldmar Greenapple
A half-orc ICE guardboat operator. he takes his job very seriously as he had to work twice as hard to earn his place. -
Sheriff Leocadia Armijo
Handsome and quite helpful Sheriff of the town of Topaz Falls. -
Magistrate Macajah Liles
The Magistrate of the Town of Topaz Falls. Magistrate Liles in sympathetic to the cause of Godika's Army but is unwilling to be a revolutionary himself. -
Magda Mag
Magda works the cargo pulley that moves cargo up the cliff face from the ships below. She is a desert gnome with disfiguring facial scars and a distinctive voice. Most people ignore her,but she notices everything that happens around her. -
Pugget McTears
A trader (smuggler) who makes frequent trips up and down the Qetenige River. -
Sinea Galanodel
A young looking elf with intense green eyes and short red hair. One of the leaders of Godika's Army who has asked you to undertake a dangerous mission to investigate rumors of injustice.
