Topaz Falls
Topaz Falls is a small settlement on the cliffs overlooking the Qetenige River. Topaz Falls is also the name of the great rushing waterfall of the Qetenige river that falls down the cliff wall and continues on into the desert.
This settlement is the furthest point up the Qetenige river that a boat can travel, and the village serves as trading post to the settlements further up the river, above the falls. Steep trails connect the cliff settlement with the boat dock below and there is also an elaborate pulley system that lifts cargo up the face of the cliff.
Government
A Lord Mayor oversees governance of Topaz Falls supported by an elected town Sheriff and a town magistrate.
