Desert Gnome

In addition to rock gnomes and forest gnomes, my world also includes desert gnomes. These gnomes are nomadic traders that primarily live in the desert. As a desert gnome, you have a natural survival instinct and a clever knack for negotiating trades. Desert gnomes live in tight knit extended 'families' that often extend beyond blood relations.

Ability Score Increase. Your Charisma score increases by 1. Your Constitution score increases by 1.

Dowsing. You have an uncanny ability to locate water even in arid climates. Whenever you make a Wisdom (survival) check to locate water, you can add twice your proficiency bonus, instead of any proficiency bonus you normally apply.

Natural Heat Endurance. You have resistance to fire damage. You can live comfortably in temperatures up to 120 degrees Fahrenheit and It takes you twice as long to become Exhausted from exposure to scorching temperatures.
