Session 31: Moving Right Along

General Summary

With the demon slain, the Dro'Desh inhabitants returned to Mender's Garden to finish putting out the fire. Shadow put Shar's ashes in a bucket for safekeeping. Robassi felt confident that the thefts were over and that Shar had been using Nahlia, so he told the party to get some sleep and he'd arrange for the stolen items to get returned. Several of the Dro'Desh counselors, having items of theirs returned, authorized a reward of gold, healing potions, and another specialty potion for each party member, which they collected from Robassi in the afternoon. Robassi directed them to Meloranath, a female Telnari contact from Vigilance in Eleth Telnara, if they wished to seek out Vigilance while there. The party then waited to board an overnight tram to Eleth Telnara, joined in their car by Chaos Acoustica. Viridian chose at this point to remain in J'Zanassi Forest, leaving the rest of the group.   The band was rowdy through part of the night, and put on a small show in the morning after Doug woke them up by playing his lute. The party noticed that Joanie Mac had a magic ring and Keira The Bestial had magic drumsticks. Departing the tram in Eleth Telnara, the party found their way to the Silver Oaks Inn in the Silvershore district. The innkeeper told thm of a couple possibilities of work: an elf had gone missing in the forest, and some creatures were causing havoc in the southwest. Choosing to investigate the missing elf, the party found Fariel, a female who lived on the border of Silvershore and the Woodcarver's Workshops. Her husband, Rabanath, had been in the forest for several days. He was a woodcutter, tall, with bright blue eyes and a small red wooden bird figurine on his belt. He'd usually travel into the forest for a couple days a time, but this time, had been late in his return, and his wife was worried.
