Um, this is already available: https://www.worldanvil.com/w/WorldAnvilCodex/a/bbcode#font-wrappers   simply add a |TEXTHERE at the end of what you have in the spoiler and that's the label.

Like everyone said, naming is already possible.   But I agreed that it should've more customizable, like making a spoiler box stretch out the entire paragraph, which is normally done by single line of CSS(display:block).

Currently, you can use [spoiler] words |Rename button here[/spoiler]   But with the recently accepted suggestion to look into alternatives to the verticle pipe, maybe this could be looked at (even if not using an = but an : or something instead to match the rest of the BBCode used on World Anvil)
