Confirmation yes. No editing of comments or coin amount IMO to make things easier for WA staff to monitor the voting process. We voters should find the time to carefully think about our vote before placing so that there is no need to change our minds later. I do realize that there are handy instructions in the "cast your vote" -box that explicitly state the order in which things should be done, but they're easy to forget once you've used the voting system for a while.
The very first time I voted on something, I wanted to put a message but clicked the amount first and couldn't do anything about it. I also feel like you should always be able to change your vote, or at least always use more coins.
Oops I put in the wrong amount. Gosh I wish I could change that after the fact, or at least had a confirmation box to click to make sure I didn't hit the wrong button.
Since I had this problem once before (I wanted to increase my coins) yes. But also maybe only 24h after voting? To make it somewhat controllable? Adding / editing a comment is a 100% yes please. :)
Adding a confirmation button and adding/changing a comment (not the amount of coins) after voting would be very useful in my opinion.
At least let me confirm. More than once I accidentally gave points and missed my chance to leave a comment because I expected a second click to confirm.
Dimitris specifically stated that this was done for a reason. In the explanation on the main page it says, "You will not be able to edit your suggestion or the amount of points you set after you have submitted it. This happens to ensure that what people are voting on remains unchanged." I imagine it would make this a lot more complicated as it would fluctuate to so much and people could change their votes around to give more coins to a different suggestion down the line, etc. All that said, I would love for there to be an option to add a comment if you didn't add one during your initial vote.
