I am a very visual person. Something like this s one reason I tried Campfire. Campfire really gets complicated though, so I DON'T like what Campfire does. Something like this would help a lot of us visual people.

A visualisation tool that allows character timelines to be placed side by side woucl be a nice feature. I'm imagining it like somewhat simplified standard timelines, but shown side by side and with some way also to denote locations (or travelling), so you can see where and when everyone is. Obviously you can do this outside WA with other tools but if it integrated with characters and locations defined in WA that would be very nice.

I don't know if I agree with (or possibly just don't understand) the way the author of this suggestion laid out their diagram above, but plot tools for writers, visual representations, ways to express story beats would be fantastic.

I don't know how difficult this would be to implement. Maybe they could use a similar system to the new timeline project so it wouldn't be too much work? In any case, this feature would definitely be something that I've been missing. If this ever comes to fruition, it would also be nice if you could add separate notes to a point in the timline to write down changes that would occur in a character's personality, goals, dreams etc. in relation to this event.

I find it difficult to keep my thoughts organized and end up not using so much of what I come up with because the point where I would have implemented it doesn't happen because of my bad memory. The addition of any kind of system to help me would be greatly appreciated and I like having all my D and D stuff organized within the same place.
