- Tag Entries for easy searching
- Associate Notebook to World so that Coauthors can access
- Associate page to article within world
- Limit page access based on hierarchy of owner->editor->writer

This becomes a powerful tool for a team, as it allows them to access notes for each other anywhere, or have pages set aside for bbcode commands for quick access.
Popup
The notebook is currently its own isolated tool. It being added to the quick actions menu, combined with the above, could make it a very powerful tool.
With article association like above, the notebook could open to the note associated with the page.
