-Pine-

Pine assessed the situation transpiring on the decks of the RainForest Pirates ship, the Cafe. shouts were beginning to sound out from the bonfire that was lashing out at the unprepared pirates. He wondered how many were still on the ship outside of Precip. Cedar moved across towards the back deck, pressing his back next to the single door there and listened. Willow strolled over to a door near the front deck and looked ready to just throw it open.

Would luck be on their side? Pine approached Cedar to confirm plans with him. The two didn't need to speak their plan out loud, they understood their intentions. Cedar let his hand fly free, then his head. The two floated to the other side of the door, and opened it a crack.

“No one.” Cedar said.

“Alright, lets regroup and.” Pine began, then looked to the front of the deck. The door below deck was wide open, with no sign of Willow. “Shitting hell.”

Cedar floated back to his starting point. “Follow her, I will be fine on my own for a bit.”

Pine grimaced. “Do I have to?”

“Alright, break.” Cedar said, suddenly launching himself below deck as if it was decided.

Pine sighed, but charged across the deck to follow Willow.

-Willow-

Willow got bored of waiting for her crewmates to do things, the sooner they cleared this ship and defeated Precip the sooner she could return to Alder. And if she were the one to catch him then maybe Alder would reward her!

“No Alder, we can't, it's too much.” Willow said allowed, fully in her fantasies.

“Wha. What are you talking about?” The pirate under her boot said, blood dripping from his scalp.

Her fantasy bubble popped and suddenly Willow turned on the man angrily. “Don't interrupt me!” She said loudly, bashing the man with her hatchet. She hit him with the blunt end of the head, she didn't know if he had a bounty so she couldn't kill him. Alder would get mad if she did.

She furiously ruffled her West Blue colored hair in frustration. Why hadnt she grabbed the bounty posters of the entire crew! Damnit Oak, how is she supposed to know who does and doesn't have a bounty!

A man came out from around the corner of the narrow hall, the walls lined with doors for cabins. He drew two slick curved blades that were relatively long.

“Who dares attack out ship!” The man yelled out in a sense of grandeur. “You, now you fight Kervin, worth three million berries! You scared little girl, huh?”

Kervin felt the sudden rush of fear as Willow’s smile widened to a terrifying degree.

“Three Million you say?” Willow said, her head tilting to one side. “Dead or Alive?”

“Of. Of Course.” Kervin said, trying to hold back his shaking.

“In that case.” Willow said, then took flight.

Willow cleared the gap to Kervin before Kervin even could react. She brought up her hatchet, that she rightfully acquired from Cedar, in a wide slashing arc. Kervin brought up his two wicked blades to guard, both taking the brunt of the strike and pushing him back. Before Kervin could recover from the recoil Willow had already begun her next attack.

Using the momentum of her swing to spin her, WIllow swung her leg out to kick Kervin to the ground. Her leg made contact with the man's ankle, and she used her foot to hook him and pull him down. While spinning she used her free hand to pull out two tiny axes and swallowed them while Kervin was in free fall.

Kervin grit his teeth, he wouldn't let himself fall so easily to some girl. He arched his back, letting his head hit the wood and using the roundness of his head to flip him forward, his legs going over his body. He counted his blessing for being born with such an odd shaped head in that moment. Now perfectly upright, he spun using his legs to gain momentum. He stretched out his blades for his famous Top of Death attack that had earned him his bounty and made him rise in the rankings amongst the RainForest Pirates.

However, he forgot how close to a back wall he was due to Willow's attack. His swords cut against the walls, making them weaker. Willow spotted the attack coming and jumped up, grabbing a beam overhead as she watched the man spin fruitlessly. She smiled as she found a fun opening. She threw herself down, using the beam to push off and give her increased momentum. With two feet together she launched down like a torpedo, and slammed directly into the unguarded man's genital area.

In that moment, across the sea, men high and low felt the pain of the fellow member of their sex. Kervin for a moment saw the future, his two beautiful children that were not yet born. They both had those round heads that he viewed as being a deformity in himself, and smiled at him as they were happy to see their father return from another adventure with tales from across the sea. Just as quickly though, Kervin watched them fade away into a possible future that no longer was possible as the sound of two testicles popped like water balloons.

“Hrn.” Is the only noise Kervin could make as Willow stood straight up on Kervins genitals, then hopped off casually, looking him over with a curious eye.

“Wow, you can still sit straight up after that.” Willow said in amazement. “I'll give it to ya, that is impressive. Man, now I just don't feel like killing you.”

“You bitch.” Kervin squeaked in a voice two octaves higher than he could originally reach. “Ill kill you.”

“Huh?” Willow said, holding a hand to her ear. “Sorry, I think you're speaking so high that only dogs can hear you. Sounded like you said ‘Please kill me oh beautiful and amazing Willow the Awesome, for I have lived my whole life for this moment so anything from her on out will be pointless’ that's what you said right?”

Kervin just fell back against the wall, slipping consciousness.

“Well that's boring.” Willow said with a pout. Two pirates came around a corner and she simply shot her two axes at them, knocking them out before they could even realize she was there. “Oh shit! I didn't ask if they had a bounty! Damnit Willow this isn't amateur hour!”

She rushed off to find more pirates, but mostly to Find Precip. Pine well behind her, following the carnage that she left behind.

-Cedar-

Cedar rushed down and was met by a hoard of Rainforest Pirates. Their blades only made Cedar stronger. He let his limbs fly free, gripping axes in whatever he could hold and struck at the pirates. He took down the hoard in moments, then reformed.

“Easier then I expected.” That was the words he got out before he was struck.

Cedar turned sharply at the sound of splitting wood, catching sight of the wall shattering and a fist coming through to slam into his face. He was dragged through another wall, his skull being used as a battering ram for the wall.

He was thrown to the floor after smashing several rooms, into a kitchen area. Above him crouched a shifty man with massive forearms and tiny everything else. This was Precip, the Doctor of the crew known as Heavy Lifter Precip. He rolled his neck, causing a sickening crack that made Precip pause and have to use his massive arms to correct himself.

“How dare you attack my ship!” Precip said, his voice raspy. The words came out as he shifted his head back in place, making the sound bounce wildly.

“Shitting fuck.” Cedar cursed. Precip was a puncher, not a good match for Cedar, who still felt bludgeoning damage. He got to his feet but was quickly thrown off them as Precip punched at his shines, sending a wave of pain into Cedar's body.

Cedar was on the back foot, every time he tried to stand Precip would knock him back down. He realized he had one option. “PINE! WILLOW! HE'S HERE!” He grinned threw a bloody lip, knowing his comrades would be able to change the tide of this battle in an instant.

“They won't get here in time!” Precip yelled, throwing a heavy punch that threatened to shatter Cedar's face.

Cedar did not brace, did not try to move. He prepared to stand, to fight back, because he knew this comrades would make it.

The ship suddenly shifted, causing Precip to slip, sliding just out of the way of Cedars face, instead hitting into a knife block and cutting apart his hands.

Cedar popped up to stand, glancing for a moment to see the floor had turned into that of a roulette wheel. Two doors slammed open on either side of the two. In one stood Pine, who had his double headed ax out and looked ready to kick ass. In the other was Willow who had that crazy expression that made even Cedar shiver.

Pine

Pine had followed the trail of pirates that Willow left in her wake, it was at that point that he heard Cedar’s call. Realizing the closeness he used his devil fruit. He didn't need to see Cedar, he just had to trust that he was in the area.

“Spin!” Pine yelled out, focusing the spin on Cedar, an effect he had recently picked up. He could alter the luck occasionally, something he preferred to use against Jericho, but this ability let him spin for other people. He couldn't alter the spin he did on others, so he had to hope the Cedar was feeling lucky. Due to the dimensions of the ship the edge of the wheel was hidden by walls, something that didn't seem to affect the ball, so he had no idea if it was good or bad. With that, he stormed the room to find the scene, thanking his good luck.

Willow charged Precip, who swung a fist covered in knives at her, the knives flying out towards Willow. She shot a tiny ax out of her palm, which hit the only knife that would have hit her, sending it flying off course. As she got close she yelled “Spin!”

Precip tried to dodge her, but his step broke the floorboard below him, putting him off balance. A line of blood cut across his arm, trickles of blood following.

“Pine!” Cedar yelled out. “Spin!”

The wheel began to turn as Pine rushed, ax raised towards Cedar. Pine focused, he knew the move here. “Loaded Roll!” The signature move he used when changing someone's luck.

Cedar's luck became bad per Pine’s desire, something normally unwanted. However, Cedar’s bad luck was to be within range of Willow's next swing.

Cedar and Precip swapped places, making Precip disorientated and unprepared for Pines swing, cutting a gash across Precip’s other arm, making it useless. Cedar’s torso cut in half, and he drew out his axes to split himself further. It was an instant till he was split and fully armed, and he sent his parts out at Precip.

“Fern blades!” Cedar called out, the name of his attack by thousand blades.

Precip dropped to the floor, a bloody mess. He would live, maybe.

“I gotta go Help Alder!” Willow said, not even revealing in her victory. “Also, how dare you take my capture!”

“Pine gets credit, can you bring it?” Cedar asked.

“You can bring it safer. Me and Willow will go help.” Pine said, following after Willow.

“Got it.” Cedar said, picking up the unconscious Precip.

Oak

The battle lust had taken hold of Oak, he swung his ax wildly at the oncoming pirates. Some were brave enough to hop through the flames, all to face the wrath of Oak’s glowing Halberd. Sometimes he would toss it at the enemy, then create another one to parry a foe who thought they had a chance.

Oak ducked below swings, deflected blunderbuss rounds, and danced around to flanks. He was in the zone, he was powerful. Who could stand between him and victory!

Gortu was who. He slammed his fist down, Oak narrowly dodging it before the fist made impact with the ground. He spun his halberd in hand, smiling widely up at the half giant.

“Do me a favor, and fall.” Oak said menacingly. He was disappointed that he had missed out on the battle with the Umbras on Mediogashima, everyone on the crew acknowledged that he was the second strongest after Alder, had he had his devil fruit he could have guaranteed the Umbra’s defeat.

Gortu swung his fist, but it swung away, hitting Aspen who stood in his Iron Body pose. He slid across the dirt, but stood firm. Oak did not miss the opportunity and charged at Gortus' legs. A swift kick that whirled towards Aspen sent Oak flying.

He was plummeting at Aspen, who stood firm. Oak held out a hand, and pressed it against Aspens shoulder, gaining a measure of control. Then he kicked off the ground, over Aspen’s shoulder, and back at the giant.

Oak climbed up Gortus arm, aiming for the head. He was knocked off by a lifting of Gortus arm, the gravity of the island taking effect and dragging Oak down to the ground hard. Gortu brought his leg up into a stomp, and Oak could not dodge in time.

“Oak keep him busy!” Aspen yelled out.

Gortus leg redirected mere inches from Oak’s face, a result of Aspen.

“Right.” Oak said with a crazed smile that was cracked by blood. He threw his body forward onto its feet, then charged at Gortu. “Eternal Sunshine!” Oak yelled out.

Weapons of light formed all around the half giants feet, lighting the area as if it was day time. Gortu made the mistake of looking down at the attack, falling victim to the blinding light. Normally Oak would use this array of weapons to strike at foes, but he didn't need to. Aspen had it under control.

Aspen

With the half giant blinded for the moment, Aspen took advantage and ran up his arm. He reached the giant's head, then held out an arm to catch Gortu by the throat. He had not gotten enough speed or strength to make the giant recoil, but he didn't need to.

“Change Sight!” Aspen yelled as his legs came free of the giant's shoulder, the island's gravity taking hold of him.

Apsen’s devil fruit dragged at the giants vision, drawing it towards Aspen. The giant’s head twisted, leaning him back enough for Aspens increased pressure to begin dragging him to the ground. “Giants Downfall!” They fell, Aspen pulled his feet back and rolled onto the giants throat as the increased gravity sent Gortu head first into the ground.

Gortu laid unconscious at Aspen’s feet. Oak approached, his weapons fading to light.

“Nice, lets take care of the rest of the small fries.” Oak said with a wide grin.

“Alder should be finishing soon.” Aspen said, looking towards where Alder’s battle was taking place.

Alder

Coakin was relentless with his spores. Noxious fumes were filling the area rapidly, threatening to kill Alder if he breathed them in. He had to cover his mouth with a bandana he wore around his wrist, then went on the attack.

“Scared pansy!” Coakin yelled out.

“Not even slightly.” Alder called back, using flames to shoot himself away from Coakins next attack, a spore that was clearly corrosive. “You should give up while you're ahead, because one way or another I am taking you down!”

“Not likely!” Coakin yelled back. “Corrosive pollen!”

Another wave of green spores filled the air, making Alder shoot back. He wasn't able to get close enough to hit him. Alder thought about it, then made a plan. He formed a circle of fire around the two, more of an oval with the two on either side.

“What you doing now huh fucker!” Coakin yelled out, preparing another spore.

Alder stepped back, entering the flames. “You got a 50/50 shot here.” Then he vanished into the flames.

Coakin panicked, looking left and right, he had enough time to make one guess on where Alder went, if he was wrong he would lose. He chose his left, Alder’s right, and made corrosive spores.

“So close.” Alder’s voice echoed. He formed in the flames, just past where Coakin had attacked. “You picked right, but went for the wrong part.” Alder pulled back his ax. “Firewatch!” he swung his ax, a lash of flames lashed out, twisting into a series of cyclones that struck Coakin, sending him flying back, unconscious.

A few days later, while collecting their reward in Sabaody, the crew discovered what had happened on Marineford, the event known as the Paramount War. Marineford was wrecked and would take years to repair, the Silver Pirates claimed true victory that day. The Sapphire Pirates became a Yonko crew, and the Umbras escaped.

“Your old captain is free.” Alder said to Willow, who poked at a bubble that floated up into the sky. “You going to go back?”

“Huh?” Willow said. “Nah, I like you better.”

“Marines are apparently making plays to move headquarters into the New World.” Oak said, reading over a newspaper article. “Also, apparently fleet Admiral Ormr, Admiral Kirafukon, and Admiral Midorihebi are all retiring.”

“Well Midorihebi had no choice.” Pine said. “Moryn had blown his leg off live on camera!”

“Can't believe he said the One Piece is real.” Cedar said. “You think it's true?”

“Doesn't matter, because of it there is most likely going to be another wave of pirates.” Aspen said. “We got a lot of work ahead of us.”

“We are entering a scary time.” Willow said, popping a bubble. “Dalaran is back to being a pirate apparently, and the Marines are missing three of their strongest forces.”

“Guess we will have to get stronger to make up for it all.” Alder said, drawing the attention of his crew. “We have to protect people, the innocent people that Pirates will take advantage of. Let's get strong enough to keep the world safe.”

“How do you recommend going about that?” Aspen asked.

Alder smiled. “I have some ideas, it'll take time though.”

“Alright, your ship is all coated.” A voice said from behind them. Alder turned to face the man who coated their ship to head down to Fishman island, the first step on their quest in the new world. The man was named Raegan. “Lucky you that my other big job hasn't shown back up yet.”

“Thank you.” Alder said, handing the man his berries.

They boarded the Godswood, then let it sink into the sea, ready for their next adventure. Unaware that as they sank into the sea, the Umbras were arriving from their grueling trials.
