Turbaris

Turbaris is the product of The Eternal Darkness' twisted, never-ending dreams. It is effectively a roiling, chaotic mass of seemingly infinite layers, each representing distinctive mad dreams that play home to the demonic beings of the multiverse. It exists somewhere between every other plane and the void that serves as The Eternal Darkness' prison. As such, rifts to its layers can open on any other plane, provided sufficient demonic influence has accumulated in a concentrated area. These rifts can be the result of The Eternal Darkness latching its hooks to the minds of a planes' beings and driving them to madness, or it can be the result of a demon's cult conducting a perverse ritual with the intention of summoning their object of worship. In any case, a rift to Turbaris is a serious threat to any plane, as it can easily lead to part or all of it being consumed as another layer.
