Satyr

The Satyr are a strange diaspora of faun-like humanoids. Depending on which Satyr you ask, they will tell you that their people originated in either The Reach, The Inner Sea, or perhaps even the Lands Beyond. What is known is that their heritage traces back to both Fey and Fiend. As the story goes, devils from the Infernal Seas and faeries from the Arboreal Glens both created a similar species in their "image", and the descendants gradually mingled with one another until the differences gradually faded away. Those who identify more with their fiendish progenitors tend to claim their race originated near the Inner Seas, while those who identify more with their fey heritage claim The Reach is the true home of their people.
