Duke Willem Reginald Hurwitz, Steward of Nevae and Warden of the Woods (a.k.a. Hurwitz the Hungry)

Ostensibly, Duke Hurwitz has near complete dominion over the Forests of Nevae and the various settlements within. In reality, the Duke has written off any kind of active stewardship of the region and lives a lavish life among the nobility in Elfport. He barely bothers to collect tithe and tax in the misty region, leaving most peasants to fend for themselves.
