The Scarlet Kingdom

The island nation of the Scarlet Kingdom was formed around the same time as The Empire of Valun by a group of mages known as the "Scarlet Enclave". Since then, the Scarlet Kingdom has been ruled as magocracy, with political power being held by some of the most powerful spell casters of the nation. From its capital, Volcaan (which is a dormant volcano itself) the Scarlet Enclave rules over the nearby islands. Much like Valun, the Scarlet Kingdom's cities are extremely cosmopolitan. (Although it does support a larger dragonborn, genasi, and tiefling population than the empire.)
