When Himeno was six years old, he was saved and adopted by Katsumi, and has been living with him, Akihiko, and the rest of their family ever since. At the age of 16 (almost 17), he snuck out to a bar where he got drunk and met Taishi, who he then hooked up with for the night. Himeno of course had been lying about his age the entire time, and it wasn't until the next day that Taishi learned his actual age. And then Himeno had a persistent Taishi continuously ask him out until he agreed, because Taishi is an idiot who disregarded their age gap since he had started falling in love with Himeno and wanted to get to know him better. Of course, Himeno had a protective and caring family to watch over them.

They met through a drunken one night stand, and Taishi quickly became infatuated with him. Though Taishi was unaware that Himeno was a bit underage, and didn't learn until he was head over heels for Himeno. Taishi thought Himeno was at least 18 or 19 by the way he acted, and since he had been in a bar. Through some honest courting, he managed to start dating Himeno. Taishi is greatly in love with Himeno and will announce it to the world, while Himeno is still a bit shy but loves his dork of a boyfriend.
