Backstory

Born in the year 417 with a meteor shower in the background on the 1st of Aspabe, Delion was orphaned at an early age and knows neither of her parents - their particular fate is unknown and Delion has little interest in discovering those secrets because of her somewhat reclusive, slightly aberrant personality due to being born a child prodigy, but raised by an old priest of Ivona. At the time, the temple was non-existent, but soon grew when the priest showed off the fiery powers granted to Delion in the realm of fire. She even started to believe by channeling the fire of the goddess, she can purify souls and the lands throughout.
Currently, she has a rather unformed opinion of Bool, Goddess of Oblivion , never actually having encountered her in any significant form up to now. Delion's personality is generally helpful and kind, but her personality has been affected by great responsibilities upon her ascension as the Cardinal, and the fact that she basically skipped childhood. She can be erratic, affected by her hormonal changes as much as stress and circumstances. Generally, she is aloof and formal, but likes to prank and fool around at times. Overall, she does have a strong commitment to the establishment of good within the rules, as the rules created her in the first place, but has no hesitation about establishing a new order - which also means a certain tendency to lose her temper though very rarely if she loses too much control over a situation and under too much stress. If she loses her temper - she usually throws a "fire tantrum" and people should stay away.

Journal of Delion - Entry #2 - Leram 3rd, Uday, 431:

Only one of the three moons is visible as a half moon - Meotl, ironically also the name of the goddess that wields one of the Three Legendary Swords but not the one we're looking for; Nynir and Edeon are hidden this day - After leaving gold and paperwork behind (really gold is just an means to greater purpose), I am a bit troubled by this new information on the Darkness despite my sarcasm and silliness - so my meditations of fire is very soothing and will purify away such thoughts. After a long travel to seek the Blackrazor sword, a perversion of the Lightrazor sword, we have discovered some strange dungeon - i recall something about a Lich King/Witch Queen so our party seems rather nonchalant about facing such a power, which is also concerning, but my default is to basically go along with the adults until...it makes no sense. So one has to wonder - the Darkness - will it overcome everything it touches...and do we need a Legendary Sword to fight the Perverted Sword first? Were we too hasty to simply seek what that gold dragon sought...the combat with elementals was a bit annoying, but not as annoying as eating dirt from a fall thanks to an adult trying to protect the 'helpless child' again. Oh well, such is reality. Sometimes i can feel a fire tantrum coming - but i must hold it in.

Journal of Delion - Entry #15: Shirday, Leram 28th, 431, late evening -

"Arghh! I can't believe we can't find this dumb dragon. He better have something really fantastical to make this frustrating trip worth it! Like his dragon scales can be shaped into super-petrified armor or something!" "After the fun search near the strange opening in the bottom of the sea, we seem to have found out that the Darkness has become unbound. Wonderful, how fantastical! That's just great. I really think this is going SO well." "Then Barnon's nice cursed item got activated and we ended up dealing with piranha-like swarms and Anto on the warpath, essentially burning all our abilities and endurance before we made any headway. yeah, that was GREAT." "Of course, Eurus, the fake and useless dad gets the shard activated again. I have this feeling that the Darkness has pretty much absorbed all the power of the Winds family already, and defeating has become close fo impossible. WONDERFUL.
