Continuing her mysterious plan, Jilixia was free to continue advancing her goals as The Rasmanthus Guild sat paralyzed by indecision over how to deal with her - and unfortunately for them, they did not discover her plan until it was far too late, which allowed her to make pets out of most every major noble in the Shaoshu Empire and eventually, even the Shaoshu Regent himself.

Her previous targets, all mostly minor lords and towns and villages, were revealed to be the vast majority of the 'foundational members' of the Shaoshu Empire's ruling elite - taking out a vast majority of the country's most influential territories and crippling the rest in key and strategic locations by oblierating villages that lay in vital areas.   Working as an elite female noble within the Shaoshu Government, Jilixia made pets of nearly every single major noble in Shaoshu - completely lacking a supporter base and made desperate by her actions during the past two centuries, the nobles of Shaoshu were made into slobbering, masochistic torture-pets groveling at her feet as she reduced them to gibbering slaves over the course of mere months and years. Her plan culminated in the subjugation and enslavement of the Shaoshu Regent, whom she reduced to a gibbering, tortured pet slobbering before her as she took the reigns of Shaoshu as its secret monarch.
