Incantation Infused Items

Oh I see what you're a wantin'. This here sword, and you want it to have the Sign Zenyki's properties, hmm interestin'. I'll see what I can do for ya, ohh I didn't catch yer name lad... Stormfrost, very mighty name there.
Dwarven Infuser, Ironhammer

Utility

The items can be used in all sorts of ways some even say that The Eldritch Tongue is infused with the Teuthida Sign, but those are just rumors.

Manufacturing

The smith then takes two maybe four days to have the infusing done. The Gwar will be smelted down and then poured into the notches or lines into the item and then once the metal has cooled off and the imperfections are out the Sign infusement can happen. The smith will then use the Sign as intended and begin a constant stream into the Gwar metal. The Sign will be cast multiple times in order to get the Gwar fully "ripe". Once the metal begins to glow corresponding to the Sign the infusing is done and needs to be quenched immediately, to complete the infusing, in Icewater.
Access & Availability
Most smiths that know the Signs keep to themselves, they still work just only some special requests tend to be a little bit more special. Signs need to be taught to someone but the infusing of Signs is very difficult to an amateur who just started smithing.
Complexity
The infusing process can long and tedious or quick and snappy. It depends on the smiths' actual expertise. The items you need for doing this is the item being infused, the Sign infusing it, and Gwar for reenforcing the item, and the sign will infuse into the Gwar faster.
Discovery
The discovery of the equipment was very odd because of how wild the Signs can react to the item begin infused.
