Pact Color Schemes
Pact forces of the People's Galactic come from many different backgrounds and fulfill very broad functions, so it is not reasonable to portray the color schemes of their zeo teams as either uniforms or even emblematic of Pact livery in general. Each is a separate force, sometimes ad-hoc in nature, sometimes with longstanding history and duties, and its approach to colors, iconography, symbolism, and other heraldic matters is consequently individualistic too.
However, it is not accurate to describe all, or even the majority, of Pact schemes as purely individual. Many Pact forces have a common badge at the least, and the majority require the use of certain colors or blazons for identification. Pact forces that overlap with ceremonial roles from well-established blocs often have uniform schema every bit as precisely regulated as any GuardCorps Affiliate.
Tri-Moon Militia
One of the blockading forces of the Saber Ridge Incident, the Tri-Moon militia are marked out by a modified three-circle badge used as a de facto Pact symbol of allegiance and the use of a contrasting orange and blue color scheme. Aside from this, no hierarchy of rank markings is known.
Meniscus Xanissaries
The Xanissaries are an elite formation with teams drawn from the different tribes of the Meniscus belt in High Point heliosphere. They combine both tribal markings and other traditional symbols with the gray-blue and orange scheme of the Meniscus forces that were among the initial signatories of the Mutual Defense Pact.
Blacklighters Brigade
Based on the integrationist world of Segmata, the Blacklighters Brigade is known for its unique electronic warfare tactics and penchant for elaborate feints, which often incorporate multiple layers of holograms and radar signatures to confuse their opponents. Their distinctive “scrazzle” color scheme is designed to mimic the strobing patterns of their hologram generators and has a mild distortive effect when viewed on infrared scanners.
Bakta Sakaikya
Bakta Sakaikya roughly translates as “Disciples of True Accord” in the cant of the cyber-warrens on El Giantico arcology, currently in Juno heliosphere. They are a true anarcho-syndicalist collective, eschewing titles and ranks, even names. Each zeo suit is an heirloom of sorts, considered an entity separate to the pilot known by its “Journey,” a record of its exploits and places visited.
