Rura
While the smallest province of Morat, Rura is not to be overlooked. Duchess Doranne Winterfell oversees the land, and has been noted for her shrew and calculated decision making. While some try to dismiss her, the wise in Morat know that she is willing to stop at nothing to ensure the prosperity of her people, who's needs she puts above all else. She is known to have many dealings with othe rulers, however the cordiallity of such dealings varies. As one makes great allies, one tends to also make mighty enemies. Duchess Winterfell tends to keep these relationships private to unneccessary parties, however, keeping everyone guessing who she has by her side. As of late, discussion have between her and Thane Ironfist to her south have been brewing.
