Ashtka
The greatest minds from across Morat, and even beyond, gather to hone their skills in Ashtka. Home to many colleges, magical schools and societies, the province boasts the largest concentration of spellcasters in the country. This province is lead by a curious mind in Lord Malvar Bloodstone. The tiefling arrived in Morat by boat from Galfroc with not but a mighty blade and a mind full of stories. Despite this, he managed to climb his way up the social latter through fearsome magical prowess and perhaps even more formidable wit, before becoming the ruler of the entire province. He has a great taste for the finer things of life, causing some to believe he is not but an aristocratic dandy. These tend to be proven wrong, either by Malvar's shrewd mind or at the edge of his otherworldly blade.
