Blackwing Corps
Founded by Jakup Crowe in 552 BL, the Blackwing Corps is a branch of the Obrili Military. The mightiest casters in all of Obril, a team of thirteen Blackwings (called a Murder) usually accompany infantry legions when they expect a siege; the Blackwings make quick work of any fortifications that the defenders could put up.

In general, Blackwings are given the following:
- An arcane focus
A uniform robe, bearing the Blackwing insignia
A Sword Cane
A Dagger
Vehicles
A Murder accompanying a Legion will ride in its own personal cart pulled by a special all-white buggalo, with the Blackwing Insignia painted on its back.
Training
The top 1% of students at the Academy of Destruction are given an exam before their graduation from the Academy. The top 100 scores advanced to a secondary education with the Blackwing Corps. In order to have a prayer of getting anywhere near the top 100, a prospective student has to basically have done nothing but eat sleep and breathe magic for their entire career studying and have given themself hundreds of hours of extra homework and projects.
