The Zamzian Rupee is created, formalizing a trade structure that would last beyond The Kalyugi.

After inheriting an Empire in financial ruin, Emperor Johwa Aldìfāng works with the Heavenly Bureaucracy to create a currency that made trading within the Empire far easier than in the past. Eventually, by 900 AC, the Jogi Dynasty had flooded the country with so much coinage that collecting taxes was an increasingly labor-intensive progress, one that became harder to pay for. This led directly to the creation of paper currency, where a banknote would be exchanged for a lump sum of coins, which spiraled into the Zamzian banking system that still persists into the modern days.
