Emus (A-mus)
(a.k.a. The Shepherd, The Lifegiver, The Hunter)
Emus, otherwise known as the Shepherd or the Lifegiver, is the god of Nature, Wildlife, Wilderness, and Life. He is the brother of Ularsil and is known to be much more even keeled than his hot headed and fickle brother with some saying the world itself ending could not stir him to panic. He lords over the wilderness in the world and guards nature from civilization. He is also said to breathe life into the beings of the world and thus is usually prayed to during pregnancies for good fortune. He is mostly associated with druids, shepherds, and hunters that pray for a good hunt. He is most strongly worshipped in the Ashiri Empire, but worship of him can be found in all pockets of nature around the world. He usually appears and is depicted as a young man with antlers and an arm shaped like a branch of a tree. He is almost always accompanied by his loyal companion Helsos a large grey wolf.
