Ularsil (Oo-lar-sill)
(a.k.a. The Stormlord, The Sea Father, Lord of the Tides)
Ularsil, otherwise known as the Stormlord or the Sea Father, is the god of storms, oceans, ships, and coasts. He is the youngest of all the children of Tarsen and Alari and thus is usually brash in his actions. He is said to be ever fickle and his mood is said to be ever changing like the ebb and flow of the seas he lords over. He is strongly associated with sailors, fisherman, and people that live on the coast. He is most strongly worshipped in the Tangir Sultanate but is also worshipped by sailors generally everywhere. He is usually depicted as a large muscular humanoid man wielding lightning from his hands, but legend says that if he's in a good mood he can be seen as a kindly older man with an eye patch that offers advice about the sea. Scholars believe him to be one of the least reliable of the gods in answering prayers as he is said to change his mind about offerings given and calm seas can erupt into violent storms and crashing waves in mere minutes.
