Coilette Salmon was born to an innkeep. Their pub was "The Tangled Dwarf" and was quite popular amongst sailors and less reputable denizens of the ocean. She grew up in quite a simple life, enjoying listening to the stories of patrons as she swept back and forth, collecting plates and glasses. She learnt from her mother how to cook to best suit the salty tastes of a sailor, and how to pull all the best gossip from their lips in doing so. It was a simple life. but one she thoroughly enjoyed.
Eventually however that had to change, and change it did when one man more mysterious than all others entered their inn. Now everyone at the time told her that Simon Salmon was beneath her, that she was way out of his league, he had no home, no money, a beer filled belly, he was surly and he was reckless. But he was new and he was most certainly full of good tales. She spent countless hours drawing more and more stories from him. When he turned up one day with a bag of gold and asked her to marry him, well, she was enamoured.

Personal history
Unfortunately for Coilette, meeting Simon may have been her undoing. After having kids, she took to drinking in the tavern to ease the pain of the constant abandonment under Simon. She worked. She drank. When he came back, she'd scream at him for leaving again. Call him every name under the sun. And then he would leave, again. She was lonely. When the opportunity to go to Autumnfall came around, she jumped at the chance, half hoping it would force Simon to be with her all the time. As luck would have it, his beloved sea has yet to be found in the new world. Unfortunately she is now seeing the side of him that comes about when he stays on land. He is agitated, he is surly, angry, almost down right abusive.
Employment
She works in The Guild Hall tavern currently. She loves her patrons, loves that she can drink all hours of the day with them. Some have said she loves her patrons a little too much for a married woman. She is hoping she can stay here forever, manning the guild hall bar day and night. If only her husband would cheer up, she'd be in heaven.
