The Central Business District of Newcastle (abbr. CBD; Yerinesic: Utá Bys) is the central urban district of the city of Newcastle in Yerinesia. It's the main district for businesses, organisations and various headquarters and has the highest density of skyscrapers on the planet Yera. Regarding the size of the CBD, is has a quite low population of about 350.000 people.
