Humanity

The original inhabitants of Yarth forced underground during the hemorrhage but now returned to take back their world.

Basic Information

Anatomy

Humans have four limbs the top two being used for manipulating objects around them as well as communication. each upper limb is tipped with a "hand" that has four fingers and one thumb. The lower limbs of a human are used for locomotion and are tipped with "feet" that each have 5 toes used for gripping the ground. Humans have very advanced shoulders that differentiate them from most life on earth as it allows them to swing branches as a weapon with incredible force as well as throw heavy objects to cause damage from afar.

Genetics and Reproduction

Ive been pulling your leg this whole time but i wont go that far.

Growth Rate & Stages

It takes a Human roughly 18 years to become fully developed but if need be a human can be combat capeable at single digit age numbers if given a weapon.

Ecology and Habitats

Humans prefer warm and dry places but can settle anywhere due to their capacity to build tools and adapt.

Additional Information

Social Structure

Humans are most at home in small tribal atmospheres but with a tendency for war so strong they have a habit of consuming other tribes and growing exponentially. Humans ARE capable of civilization on a large scale but its quite straining on them.

Domestication

never tame a human they are FAKING

Geographic Origin and Distribution

You cant get rid of us no matter how hard you try

Average Intelligence

Eddie says i'm pretty smart for an ape so that's good i guess?

Perception and Sensory Capabilities

each human has two "eyes" used to see by detecting light that has bounced off of surfaces and into their cornea. This allows humans almost perfect detection capabilities during the day as no amount of distance can stop their eye. Hiding is also difficult as humans have two "ears" that can detect vibrations in the air itself.

Civilization and Culture

Naming Traditions

Well Ma and Pa named me Frank said its an old name from before the Hemorrhage but I like it. cant talk for most others though.

Major Organizations

The Cattoric religion worships Sol as a god and sees his "Purification" as a gift Sure it makes you stronger and prettier but to err is human and with all a persons imperfections stripped away whats left?

Average Technological Level

Depending on where you are it could look like you found yourself in the stone age, but if your lucky you could find a piece of lost tech out in the innumerable ruins around Yarth. Some of that stuff looks well beyond what humans had from before the hemorrhage. In general though Most settlements have the technology level of what was called "the middle ages" but boosted by whatever tech they could find. which ends up meaning that you could have wooden settlements with blacksmiths hammering out plate metal but there are giant iron killing machines patrolling the village because someone built a body for an A.I. core they found.

Common Taboos

Ever since the Emergence its a pretty common rule that there are no rules so long as you are not directly or indirectly hurting another Human.

History

having Once colonized the entire earth Humanity isn't exactly surprised or phased by all the changes on Yarth. In fact things like giant whales and spiked talking beasts don't phase anyone anymore.
