Brilliance Accord

The Brilliance Accord, forged by a pact that the goddess, Polluxis and the rest of the 25 Elder Catalysts made to prevent further infighting among them sisters. The accord has since then changed from their roots, now comprised not exclusively just to the first 26 but as well as to the rest of the Brilliance Catalysts that followed after.

The Brilliance Accord is a prestigious and formidable organization that operates with a well-defined organizational structure to uphold its principles and fulfill its mission in the realm of Xyto. The structure of the Accord is designed to promote efficiency, collaboration, and effective governance among its members.

• Concilium of Luster: At the helm of the organization is the Concilium of Luster, it serves as the governing body, a gathering of accomplished Brilliance Catalysts who convene to discuss matters of great importance, share their wisdom, and collectively shape the policies and direction of the Accord.


• Lautitia Enclave: A group of skilled mentors and trainers responsible for nurturing and guiding young Catalysts in honing their brilliance arcana and understanding their roles within the Accord.


• The Order of Luminos: A specialized division entrusted with the protection and security of the Accord's members, facilities, and valuable artifacts. They possess formidable combat skills and arcana prowess to ensure the safety of the organization and its people.


• The Erudition Department: A group made of dedicated scribes and scholars that are to meticulously maintain and preserve the vast repository of knowledge and records in the Vanguard Archive. The Archive serves as a vast reservoir of information about the history, practices, and discoveries of Justina Juriarte as well as other notable erudites, ensuring the preservation and accessibility of valuable insights.


• The Order of Ethereos: An impartial judicial body responsible for enforcing the code of conduct within the Accord. They conduct fair and just proceedings to address disputes, breaches of the Accord's principles, and administer appropriate disciplinary actions if necessary.


• The Order of Dusktra: Operating in parallel with the the Order of Luminos, they consists of highly skilled operatives who handle external affairs on behalf of the organization. These members are tasked with covert operations and are entrusted with sensitive matters, employing their expertise in secrecy and stealth to accomplish their missions.


• The Ensemble Department: Entrusted to create and supply the Accord with equipment and garments. They are masters of the craft in Brilliance weaponry and are keen on creating stylish yet practical wear for all sorts of Brilliance Catalysts.


• Remedium Forti: A group of highly-trained practitioners of Life Arcana, they are quick to respond to any sort of problems, healthwise, that the Accord's members would face daily.


• Aubrealis Vanguard: The personal army of highly adept arcana mages of Polluxis, the force was formed as an effective response to the great Onikage threat of the early 1500s and was subsequently dispatched to combat further threats until the untimely death of Polluxis where they have been disbanded. Each warrior that was not already a Brilliance Catalyst was personally gifted with the capacity to wield arcana abilities that could turn the tide of battles to their favors.

The organization has access to the Tears of the Realm gates, four of them are within the Brilliance Frontier, which allows them swift travel to the major cities in Xyto. Some catalysts do possess their own capabilities of transportation through the various Displacement Arcana, flight, or enchanted mounts and vehicles.

Due to the organization's wide reach, they maintain an extensive information network, gathering intelligence and monitoring potential threats as they have skilled spies in the Order of Dusktra and divination experts in the Erudition Department. The Brilliance Accord has also formed alliances with various other organizations, magical beings, and influential individuals who share their goals and values. These alliances provide additional resources, knowledge, and assistance when needed.

History

The Accord was formed through the first pact between the first 26 Brilliance Catalysts. United by a common purpose, these Catalysts forged an agreement to end infighting among their kind and protect the world from those who defied the code. The Brilliance Accord was established as the embodiment of this pact. Its members throughout the years have diligently recorded the principles and guidelines that would govern their actions. The Resplendent Vow was established, emphasizing the importance of justice, compassion, and the pursuit of harmony. These principles would serve as the moral compass for all future members.
