Cayn was born on the Earth Timeline on May 28, 1996. They were born four and a half minutes after their twin brother, Clayde. Cayn grew up upper middle-class in Hollow Rock, Ohio surrounded by sprawling hills and bike trails. During the eighth grade, Cayn was accepted to the Young Authors Program at Hollow Rock Central High School. During their junior year, they fell fast and hard for Violyt Wryn. After struggling with their identity and self-worth in middle school, Violyt was the breath of fresh air that Cayn needed to find room for growth. Cayn jumped from Earth in 2014 on the Earth Timeline and arrived on Xyn in 2117 on the Xyn Timeline. Due to the losses of both Clayde and Violyt, Cayn was susceptible to their own anger and became dominating and confrontational. Cayn's age progression on Xyn has aged him to his late twenties.Education
