Xyn (pronounced 'zen') is the geographical location which The Council leads. The population includes The Council, Alters, Remedials and citizens of all seven levels of Service. Because Xyn can be manipulated to represent what The Council deems necessary, the physical location of Xyn is uncertain, however, it resembles Earth. Citizens of Xyn are called Xynites. Xyn was founded in 2084 XT (Xyn Timeline) by Edyn Maternys and Sylas Huxley. In 2094 XT, a period of reformation began that manifested The New Decree of 2099 XT. During this time, Edyn and Sylas invented the Board of Choice, a cognitive response device that determines when and how citizens make their decisions. Castynyne is the capital city of Xyn, housing The Council, Xynitian Gardens, Medical District, and main consumer areas. Brystcrutte is rural village on Xyn that specializes in technology. The Dry Lands is an area of land between Castynyne and Brystcrutte that houses a majority of the mining industries for Xyn. Xyn resembles Earth, but can take on the appearance of any geographical location according to the preference of The Council.
Inspiration for Xyn is drawn from motifs from Italian, Spanish, Middle Eastern, and Moroccan architecture. Additional inspiration is fueled by National Parks in the southwestern portion of the United States.
Ecosystem
The ecosystem of Xyn can be manipulated by The Council at any given time. it is mostly arid shrublands with low-lying mountain ranges.
