Assault of Catari

A decade ago, the successful assault by the “Doavasti Anarchist Scum” against the Monitors of Catari was an incredible blow against the system, crippling trade travel to and from the Annular Necrocracy , but more importantly it was thought to be the open of a strike assisted by the Khlenaki in order to raid the the Frye penal colony and rescue the Khlenak.
A well timed terrorist style attack occurred against Crown City and several other cities on Catari , disrupting their defensive systems; eventually several cities on the world were bombed from orbit. 2 million died.
In response, the Hegemony sent Gildedfrost Station (with Royal Navy compliment) to Frye and made her the North Monitor where she stayed until recently.
