Astrumina is one of the 7 Luminare Deities of Xaedia, she is the Goddess of the celestial bodies.
Astrumina, unlike the other Luminare, was created much later than her brethren. Astrumina was instead created by both Somnovus and Luxathin after a quarrel between the two resulted in the destruction of Xaedia's moon. Caelora intervened in the struggle before more damage could be done and as penance for their skirmish they created Astrumina, a Goddess to watch over the celestial bodies of Xaedia in Caelora's stead. Astrumina then created the 3 moons that hang in the sky above Xaedia today, one for each of her reason's for creation.
Those who follow Astrumina are those who seek to chart the skies, often travellers using the stars as guides or those who believe in the mystical powers of the moon. Sailors are common among her worshippers as they represent these two ideals, the moons' power over the tides and the stars as a way to navigate the waters of Xaedia.
Astrumina is traditionally depicted as a figure of pure celestial light, a female figure that flows to solid light as it reaches her extremities. Her hair is pure moonlight, flowing ever-constantly around her face, stars dappling the wispy tresses.
