Church of Zoiel's Blessing

The Church of Zoiel's Blessing is the headquarters and operational center for the Izaric Exorcists, Oath of the New Dawn. As a non-combat faction, they are located in the city of Kalasovia, in the heart of Kalastrad. While there are many smaller parishes where the members of the New Dawn serve, Zoiel's Blessing is their main site for training and the only church that can properly be referred to as belonging to them.
The church also serves as a sort of hospital for many folk in the city, as well as many who travel from the countryside to see the healer of the New Dawn. While medicine has come leaps and bounds since the start of the Age of Kings, there are many things that have yet to be cured. However, under the divine light of the Archangel of Life, no disease or affliction stands a chance. That has caused it to be a hub for all those deemed incurable in their hometowns. People will come from miles around to be healed at Zoiel's Blessing.

Purpose / Function

The purpose of the church is two-fold.
One is to serve as an operational hub for the Oath of the New Dawn. This is where they train new Exorcists, as well as where the highest members of the Oath's leadership reside. All members of the Oath spend at least some time here.
The second purpose is as a center for healing. This may be anything from people who are crippled to those afflicted with diseases that medicine has yet to cure.

Architecture

The church has a very traditional Altian style with tall, pointed towers made of alabaster and stone, as well as stained glass windows. The wood portions are a reddish oak.
