Exorcist
Exorcists are among the elite agents of the church. "The Church" can refer to a number of organizations, but few actually make use of Exorcists. Among those that do are the Exorcist Oaths, groups of Exorcists with similar training and skills that create a network of support for one another while in the field.
Career
Qualifications
To be an Exorcist, you must first be a recognized priest. Like becoming a Cleric or Templar, they must first demonstrate a deep knowledge of their faith and hold a position within the church. Once they receive the blessing of the church, they are able to begin training.
In order to become an Exorcist, they must memorize the Ard Zina, train in physical combat, and pass a test on demonic entities. After that, they are taken on as an apprentice and, when they are deemed ready by their master, they are given a solo mission. If they can succeed they become a full-fledged Exorcist.
Perception
Purpose
The purpose of Exorcists is to kill extracosmic beings that pose a threat to the mortal realm. Often this is Demons or *abominations*, but it will occasionally be something that slipped through a hole in the *Orbits* or someone escaped from *Tartaros*.
