Thumbtack Phillip

A fast-talking male halfling, Thumbtack Phillip on the surface appears to be the only "clean" member of the The Group of Six. Running his operations out of Diantha Island, he runs a massive trade empire both within Angel's Harbour and throughout the surrounding kingdoms.
