The Group of Six

The Group of Six are the leaders of the six largest syndicates in Angel's Harbour, who traditionally divide their territory by island, excluding Traders Island and Chapel Island. The Group of Six meet regularly to discuss and debate the events in Angel's Harbour. Although there is no official ruler of Angel's Harbour, the Group of Six serve as a surrogate senate for the city.
