Mysare Island

The majority of Mysare Island is a giant slum district, but as it serves as an important location between Traders Island and the remainder of the islands, many traders with their precious goods need to pass through. As such, Thumbtack Phillip has managed to gain most of his income from tithes payed by these merchants to pass through his territory.
